The stone cellar fermentation tank is a historic brewing facility designated as a national tangible cultural property, an underground fermentation tank made in 1901 using granite stone materials.
You can see the efforts of predecessors who tried to produce higher quality wine by stabilizing fermentation temperature using geothermal power in an era without modern temperature control technology.
This wine has a friendly taste with aromas of strawberries, acidity, and soft tannins.
