A red wine brewed using Syrah from our own vineyard in South Shinshu. It was aged for 8 months in French oak barrels. Along with the aroma of black fruits such as cassis, there are scents of clove and herbs. This wine has a smooth texture with moderate richness, well-balanced acidity, and subtle tannins. It is reductive when first opened, but it opens up after a while, so please enjoy it slowly.
