Made using Chardonnay from Kyoto Tamba. Fermented and aged in French oak barrels, underwent MLF (malolactic fermentation) and sur lie aging. It produces a mellow and elegant acidity. The vanilla-like oak aroma, fruit scents, and white flower fragrance are complemented by a fresh and refreshing acidity. The finish has a moderate sweetness, resulting in a rich and well-balanced flavor.
