Made using only Muscat Bailey A grapes harvested from a farm managed by Mr. Yanagi in Miyoshi City. Brewed using the carbonic maceration method, which is also used for Beaujolais Nouveau. Characterized by a vivid color and rich fruity aroma, with a strong scent reminiscent of strawberries. It has a refreshing taste yet is a full-bodied masterpiece.
