Made with 100% fully ripe Delaware grapes harvested in Takahata Town, Yamagata Prefecture. The orange wine production at Yokohama Winery, miraculously born from delays caused by a typhoon power outage, is now in its fourth year. This season, it has been further scaled up! It was slowly fermented with natural yeast at low temperatures. The color is a mellow orange.
The original sweet aroma of Delaware grapes is enhanced with richness and complexity, resulting in a deeply flavorful wine with a warm orange color that meets expectations. You can enjoy the sweet scent of Delaware. It pairs well with light salads made with fresh vegetables, dashi-flavored hot pot, curry, and other spicy dishes.
