Yokohama Winery / Amber-colored Dream (Orange) 750ml
Regular Price ¥3,520/
including tax
Steuben harvested in Takahata Town, Yamagata Prefecture, was blended with a small amount of Rosario Rosso and fermented. What was expected to become red wine turned into amber-colored wine. The sweetness and aroma of the two grapes are in exquisite balance. Because it was produced in small quantities, it was aged for one year in French oak barrels, which further transformed it into a shining amber color. It became a wine with a rich body and a slight barrel aroma.
Takahata Town in Yamagata Prefecture is also known as "Mahoroba no Sato." It is a land where people have lived since the Jomon period. We named it "Amber-colored Dream," combining the amber excavated from the earth with the dreams that ancient people might have had. It overlaps with Hamawine's dream of new endeavors and was made as a memorial wine commemorating the 5th anniversary of brewing. The label design is also special, depicting Yokohama Port where passenger ships sail.
