The Chardonnay harvested near the summit of the winery's vineyard has a beautiful acidity that evokes a cool climate and delicate fruit flavors, reflecting the unique taste of a snowy country in the wine.
To bring out the natural flavor and delicate, clear impression of the grapes, we carefully press them whole and carry out fermentation at a medium-low temperature, followed by aging in stainless steel tanks.
A refreshing and rounded aroma reminiscent of green apples and honey. The palate is fruity, with acidity and gentle astringency that tighten the flavor, making it a dignified Chardonnay from the snowy country.
