Okutone Winery / I'm Chardonnay 2022 (White) 750ml

Mount Akagi is located almost in the center of Gunma Prefecture. Our own vineyard spreads across its western foothills.

The volcanic ash soil at the foot of Mount Akagi, gentle slopes, significant temperature differences between day and night, and uninterrupted sunlight from sunrise to sunset are all considered optimal conditions for wine grapes. This wine is made from grapes grown in the vineyard right in front of the winery.

It has a moderate barrel aroma, scents of toast and vanilla, and a rich aroma of sweet citrus and acacia flowers. The texture is very smooth, with a solid structure and a refreshing acidity that leaves a pleasant aftertaste. This wine evokes the image of a refreshing south wind blowing across the Akagi Plateau.
