We have bottled two types of still wine: white and orange new Delaware wine!

You can drink smoothly. You can drink without stress. But that doesn't mean you won't get drunk. That's the good part♪
No preservatives such as sulfurous acid added. No supplementation of sugar or acid. It is an unfiltered and unclarified wine.
"Grapes that consistently exceed a sugar content of 20 degrees every year are rare in the country, and that is the Yamagata Delaware."
A sugar content of 20 degrees will produce about 10 degrees of alcohol without any additives.
"Delaware grapes are the grapes that everyone has tasted at least once since childhood, so I believe there’s no way they wouldn’t be delicious as wine."
"The grapes harvested from the rooftop of Akafudado are naturally fermented and used as wine yeast. The blood of Fukagawa is properly alive in this wine as well."
