A refreshing aroma reminiscent of white flowers. This sparkling wine, made with skin contact, has a well-balanced and rich body. After fermenting with the skins, it undergoes bottle fermentation.
Brewed to highlight the astringency and umami of Delaware grape skins, the fine bubbles from bottle fermentation, and the refreshing acidity.
The production method varies greatly depending on the vintage year.
