Made using Chardonnay from Kyoto Tamba. Fermented and aged in French small barrels, underwent MLF (malolactic fermentation) and sur lie aging. It produces a mellow and elegant acidity. The barrel aroma reminiscent of vanilla, along with fruity and white flower scents, is complemented by a fresh and refreshing acidity that leaves a strong impression. The finish has a moderate sweetness, resulting in a rich and well-balanced flavor.
