Koshu grapes are a variety unique to Japan, characterized by a refreshing acidity and a mineral sensation.
To finish this as an orange wine, the skins are soaked for about two weeks, drawing out complex flavors from the skins and seeds, creating a unique taste.
Generally, orange wines tend to have strong tannins (astringency), but Koshu Orange offers a soft mouthfeel, making it easy to drink and one of its appealing features.
