The Rosé Merlot is an easy-to-drink, "gentle dry" wine with lively fruit flavors. The grapes are harvested early to preserve fresh acidity, then fermented. Using two production methods—direct pressing and saignée—we bottled it as a rosé wine with a highly satisfying aroma and rich color. It tastes great on its own or paired with food, making it delicious in any situation.
