After delivery, dried in the shade for 2 weeks with low temperature and ventilation. Then whole cluster pressing, 1 week fermentation with the must. After pressing, transferred to stainless steel tanks. Batonnage was done, and since the lees were cooperative, they were left in contact for a long time.
Both before and during the preparation, I wanted to bring out the sweet personality of MBA as brilliantly as possible by teasing it thoroughly.
