This is a red wine made from 100% grapes grown in Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture. The grapes were harvested at Beads Needs Vineyards at the foot of Mount Tsukuba and contract-brewed. The fruit was destemmed and crushed, then cold macerated at 4°C, fermented with skins, and pressed afterward. There is no barrel flavor.
