This sparkling wine is made using grapes harvested from our own vineyards, fermented and aged in barrels, characterized by its floral aroma and refreshing taste.
When poured into a glass, it foams vigorously and eventually settles down. The foam retention is moderate.
The characteristic refreshing aromas of citrus, green apple, and apricot of Shinano Riesling rise up. Following that, a somewhat subdued oak scent can be felt.
The acidity is distinctly felt, and you can also enjoy a crisp and dry finish. It has a rich flavor, and it's a wine that remains delicious even as the carbonation diminishes.
Please enjoy it not only as an aperitif but also paired with various dishes.
