This wine is a blend of the following two types of wine. It undergoes malolactic fermentation and secondary fermentation in the bottle (Champagne method), and by intentionally leaving some sediment, it has been crafted into a cloudy type of sparkling wine with a pleasant texture and approachable flavor.
① Base wine
 Fermented early-picked Koshu grapes.
 "Features a refreshing aroma and flavor of citrus with a crispy acidity."
② Complementary blended wine
 Late-ripened Koshu grapes are brewed and fermented.
 Features an aroma like apple honey and a pleasant bitterness.
Aged for 6 months in a horizontal position (sur lie). No disgorgement. 3 atmospheres.
