This wine is made solely from the king of white grapes, Chardonnay, and undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle. Enjoy the fine bubbles sparkling in a golden hue, reminiscent of the calm waters of the Seto Inland Sea. It has a rich fruit flavor and a soft mouthfeel. The minerals felt in the aftertaste enhance the umami of seafood. It pairs well with Hiroshima's specialty, oysters.
