A blend-type white wine made with our main variety, Albariño, with the concept of enjoying Albariño in a more casual way.
A base wine blended from both the Albarino from the fence and the shelf, combined with the locally produced Riesling Lion, including grapes from our own vineyard.
Very little added sugar; no added acid. Filtered.
"2023 has been blessed with accumulated temperature, resulting in a more pronounced terpenic aroma of Albariño. Considering the balance with the thiol aroma of Riesling Lion, we are reducing the proportion of Albariño in the final blend."
The color is shiny lemon yellow.
The aroma is rich with fruity notes of white peach, faint apricot, citrus, and green apple.
The flavor is strongly mineral, with a pleasant acidity, reminiscent of a refreshing summer taste.
A wine that I would like to pair with the oysters that symbolize Rikuzentakata.
