Fukuyama Wine Workshop / KISSUI Koshu Brut 2018 (White Sparkling)

This is a sparkling wine inspired by the beautiful island "Senyu Island," so beautiful that even immortals would become intoxicated.
A genuine product made using traditional methods (secondary fermentation in the bottle) that brings out the acidity of Koshu from Yamanashi Prefecture.
The citrus aroma and the crisp, refreshing acidity are pleasant.
