"Koshun-en produced in Nishino, Minami-Alps City, uses 100% Koshu grapes. It was fermented in new French oak barrels and aged for 6 months using the sur lie method. This white wine has a good balance of the characteristic fruitiness and moderate acidity of Nishino Koshu, along with the aroma of the barrel."
