The ingredients are Delaware and Niagara grapes produced by "Friends (T), Edamatsu (E), and Furuchi (F), collectively known as (TEF)." They spend their weekends working on the farm, protecting the vineyard, experiencing the thrill of harvest, and feeling fulfilled in their efforts to safeguard the land. Their thoughts were fermented through a 40-day maceration, followed by secondary fermentation in the bottle. The wine is dyed orange, but the aroma has a quite cute citrus note, and the taste is gentle, unlike the strong-tasting orange wines, truly reflecting their attitude.
