By describing the environment and characteristics where the raw materials of that year were grown, we want customers to enjoy the terroir themselves. With that in mind, we are releasing Konan Chardonnay.
This white wine features a lively acidity with a light attack and umami derived from a short period of sur lie aging. You can enjoy the coolness and freshness that can only be expressed because it was nurtured in the Konan region.
