The grapes are from a vineyard in Awatere Valley with 19-year-old vines. Although it is not certified by BioGro, the vineyard is cultivated using organic farming methods. After pressing the grapes, fermentation was carried out entirely in stainless steel tanks. By fermenting with cultured yeast, the aroma and freshness are enhanced, resulting in a dry-style wine. It has refreshing scents of lemon, apple, and white flowers. The taste features crisp acidity and a harmony of various fruits such as apple and pear. With a long finish, rich fruit, and structure, this wine shows potential for long-term aging.
