The new 2021 vintage of Sauvignon Blanc from Shigehisa Kimura, a Japanese producer active in New Zealand, has arrived!
"This is the flagship. I want people to think of Sauvignon Blanc when they think of Kimura Cellars," says Mr. Kimura.
From the 2021 vintage, it finally obtained bio gro (New Zealand organic certification).
The glass overflows with aromas of rich peach and pear, tropical scents of guava and passion fruit, harmonized with nuances of herbs and white flowers.
A wine that combines elegance and strength, with a well-balanced harmony of fresh acidity and refreshing fruit flavors.
It is fermented 100% in stainless steel, resulting in a wonderful Sauvignon Blanc that conveys the ripe richness of the fruit.
