Using a special cuvée from Alex Craighead Wines. Aromas of cassis, raspberry, and orange peel. A rich, velvety texture with abundant iron and minerals. Over time, cherry notes emerge along with the refined scent of Pinot Noir. Perfectly pairs with game red meats like lamb, wild boar, and venison.
