A dry rosé wine made using Muscat Bailey A, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot grown in our own vineyard in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
Yeast from Lalman company is used.
Muscat Bailey A was vinified alone, and the other three varieties were co-fermented, then blended before bottling to create the product.
The color is a slightly deep ruby.
Cherry aroma of MBA rises at the top. It has a good balance of gentle acidity and tannins, with a voluminous and rounded taste giving a calm impression.
A rosé wine that can be enjoyed deliciously chilled or at room temperature.
