Using only Muscat Bailey A from the contract farmer "Hideo Kubota," who has a vineyard around 680m elevation on Hayabusa-yama. Carefully brewed and aged, it offers a high-quality, deep flavor. The aroma is fruity with scents of strawberry, raspberry, and white peach, spreading a floral fragrance in this rosé wine.
