Muscat Bailey A grapes grown in Asahi Town, Yamagata Prefecture were harvested late in early November, waiting for the sugar content and fruit flavor to fully ripen.
To better bring out the characteristics of the Muscat Bailey A grape, the grape skins were soaked in the juice through a "skin contact" process and fermented slowly at low temperatures. This results in a dry rosé wine with a sweet and floral fruit aroma combined with refreshing acidity. Please enjoy the "marriage" with a wide range of dishes.
