Our new challenge continuing to explore the charm of Fukuyama's Muscat Bailey A! In 2023, we made a rosé wine fermented and aged in barrels using new barrels from CAVIN, which we imported ourselves. Due to eviction circumstances, unfortunately, we gave up brewing in 2024, but we named it "Kagari-bi" (燎), meaning "a fire that keeps burning," expressing that our passion for wine will never fade. We hope you will support the revival of "Fukuyama Wine Workshop." Please enjoy the sweet flavors derived from Muscat Bailey A and the barrels.
