Aiming to create a wine that can be enjoyed at everyday dining tables, this rosé wine is made 100% from Zweigelt grapes grown in Ishikari City, Hokkaido, crafted to be crisp and charming.
The color is a faint salmon pink with a slight orange tint, sparkling brightly. The aroma softly rises with violet and lilac. Among the faint scents of raspberry, yellow apple, and cherry fruits, the fragrance of coriander also appears intermittently.
The flavor gently drifts with fruity notes, spreading soft acidity and mild umami. The finish leaves a subtle bitterness with a hint of spice.。
