We use Koshu grapes from Fuefuki City and Koshu City, as well as Petit Manseng, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay cultivated in-house.
It has a slightly yellowish glossy color and a white peach-like aroma. After the fruitiness, there is a nuance of herbs. It is a dry wine with soft acidity and a clear taste that allows you to feel mineral like water.
