Using Chardonnay from the Shoko vineyard in Yamakita, Konan City, harvested in August 2022. The fruit was in good condition, harvested ripe grapes, fermented and aged in new French oak barrels, and matured for one year in stainless steel tanks.
Clear and pale lemon color. Aromas of pear, grapefruit, and stone fruits, with flavors of vanilla, coconut, and dried fruits. Dry and high acidity, fragrant, with a long and impressive finish.
This is the top cuvée made from the best condition grapes of 2022 grown in Inoue Winery's own vineyard.
