Chardonnay grown in the Fujita field in Kōnan City, Kōgami Town, Yamakita was harvested and the base wine was brewed in early August 2023, with traditional method bottle fermentation starting from February 2024.
After about one year of contact with lees to draw out the complexity derived from the lees into the wine, disgorgement was performed in March 2025, finishing it as a dry (Brut Nature) sparkling wine.
Aroma of green apple, lemon, lime, pineapple, and herbal plants. Also notes of matured scents like bread, biscuits, and almonds.
