A beautiful orange-pink petillant (lightly sparkling) type rosé sparkling wine.
Muscat Bailey A grapes grown with the elderly club members of the Mirobu district in Kami City are made using a "short maceration" method to extract complexity from the grape skins and seeds like red wine, aged for one year, then undergo a secondary fermentation in the bottle and aged for 10 months. The result is a fine-textured wine with good foam retention.
Characterized by red fruit flavors like cotton candy, strawberry, and raspberry.
