The wine made from Fujiminori and Cabernet Sauvignon is enhanced by the acidity and bitterness brought by yuzu, resulting in a full-bodied wine.
The yuzu was not added as a flavoring, but the yellow fully ripe yuzu itself was fermented and then blended with the wine.
