Made with 100% Yamanashi specialty black grape Muscat Bailey A. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. Shining ruby color. Aroma of cherries and red flowers. A light red wine with soft acidity and gentle tannins.
It goes well with home-cooked dishes using sweet and spicy sauce, such as sukiyaki, teriyaki chicken, and grilled Pacific saury with sweet soy sauce.
