This dessert wine is made by pressing 100% Riesling Leon grapes harvested from a vineyard in Osako Town, Hanamaki City, Iwate Prefecture. The juice is frozen and the ice formed is removed to increase the sugar content, then carefully brewed. It has a sweet and pleasant aroma reminiscent of honey and a refreshing acidity, resulting in a rich, very sweet flavor.
