The D.O. series was originally designed by Brewmaster Doi with the concept of "local wine that drinkers can enjoy casually." "D.O.V" is a white wine made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc. It incorporates the sur lie method to blend with the umami of the local food culture "kombu-jime."
The green on the label evokes the scent of kelp and the herbal aroma of Sauvignon Blanc.
The V represents the V in Sauvignon and the V sign of Brewmaster Doi.
It features a citrus aroma and a sharp, clean acidity.
