The Miryu series aims for a well-balanced table wine that is gentle yet aromatic and never tires the palate. It is made to complement meals without seeking the grapes' intensity.
In 2024, we blended Chardonnay mainly from contracted farmers in Niigata City and Yamagata Prefecture with Steuben and Pinot Blanc. Upon tasting, a savory and slightly bitter flavor spreads, followed by a sharp acidity that tightens the overall taste. It pairs perfectly with seafood.
It has aromas of citrus, thyme, and white peach, with a crisp fruitiness reminiscent of young, firm white peaches and a subtle acidity spreading in the mouth.
This is a table wine that pairs excellently with vegetables and seafood dishes.
