"Ogoso" is a Nagano dialect word meaning "delicious feast." Like the Mori no Ongakukai, this wine is crafted with care using dedicated grape varieties for wine, aiming for a casual yet authentic style. The Three Amigos are made by fermenting whole clusters of Chardonnay and Pinot Gris fruit without crushing for one week at low temperature, followed by alcoholic fermentation at a relatively higher temperature. After fermentation with the skins is complete, the wine is pressed and blended with low-temperature fermented Kerner. This light-bodied wine features a floral aroma reminiscent of osmanthus and acidity like grapefruit juice, with a subtle bitterness. As an orange-type wine, it has a gentle flavor profile that anyone can enjoy.
