Niagara, Delaware, and Neo Muscat from Nanyo City, Yamagata Prefecture were harvested simultaneously and immediately crushed. After 12 hours of skin contact, they were gently pressed. After about 2-3 weeks of alcoholic fermentation, Delaware grapes were pressed whole and blended. Before bottling, Delaware juice was added back to adjust the sugar content, and secondary fermentation was carried out in the bottle.
This frizzante is characterized by aromatic scents derived from Niagara and Muscat varieties.
