Domaine Towa / L'assemblage Rouge 2023 (Red) 750ml

This is the second batch of red wine. The maceration period was 18 days, determined with attention to the tannins derived from the seeds. We focused on preserving the grape's natural aroma, using old barrels for aging over 10 months. The aroma is dominated by red fruits (red currant, raspberry, plum), with nuances of violet, clove, and sandalwood-like floral and spice notes. The taste combines fresh acidity, rich fruitiness, and delicate tannins, offering a pleasant and long-lasting finish.
