Shine Muscat from the Southern Alps meets the sweet brown sugar from Aguni Island in the tropics. This is an "adult sweet wine" that offers flavors of kinako and black honey, with hints of citrus and the herbal absinthe. The sweetness of herbs spreads within the taste of black honey, evoking citrus and absinthe herbs. When poured over warabi mochi, vanilla ice cream, rich pudding, or bitter chocolate, it creates an adult dessert.
