This wine is made by fermenting Muscat Bailey A grapes grown by Mr. Rei Kizuda, a grape grower in Miyoshi City, and then aged for 5 months in old French oak barrels. By slightly suppressing the sweet strawberry candy-like aroma characteristic of the variety, it becomes a wine that can be enjoyed before and during meals without choosing the scene.
