Muscat Bailey A grapes grown in Asahi Town, Yamagata Prefecture, were harvested late in early November, waiting for the sugar content and fruit flavor to fully ripen. To bring out the characteristics of the Muscat Bailey A variety, the grape skins were soaked in the juice through a "skin contact" process and slowly fermented at low temperatures. This dry rosé wine features a sweet and floral fruit aroma combined with a refreshing acidity, offering a flavorful taste. Please enjoy it paired with a wide range of dishes.
