Muscat Bailey A grapes contracted and cultivated in Asahi Town, Yamagata Prefecture, were left to fully ripen in sugar content and fruitiness, then "late harvested" in early November.
To bring out the characteristics of the Muscat Bailey A variety, it was carefully brewed and aged for 11 months in French wine barrels, then bottled without heating.
This is a finely textured and deep red wine harmonizing the gorgeous fruity aroma of Muscat Bailey A with the complex flavors derived from the barrel.
