This will be an unprecedented encounter with Delaware wine.
Uses Delaware grapes from our own farm in Osaka Prefecture. Cultivated pesticide-free by rain-cut or open-field cultivation using only sulfur and copper agents. A blend of white wine and orange wine.
Apricot, kumquat, passion fruit, mango. Bitterness of grape skins.
There is a scent of ethyl acetate. We recommend strong swirling, decanting, or pre-opening to address this.
As of mid-October 2023, the best is within 4 days after opening.
Pairs well with pork, flour-based dishes, sushi, and more.
