Each red variety is fermented separately in stainless steel tanks, then aged for 8 months in old barrels.
After barrel aging, Riesling and macerated Pinot Gris are blended.
There are aromas of menthol, black pepper, and pencil lead, with a slight scent of red fruits.
The color is a bit deep, but the tannins are not very noticeable and the acidity is moderate.
The finish has an iron-like nuance.
