A wine made using Petit Manseng from our own vineyard in South Shinshu, produced by "mash fermentation" where the skins and seeds are fermented together. It has an aroma that evokes apricot, peach, kumquat, and honey-like sweetness. Elegant and pleasant fruitiness. Lively acidity and a slight bitterness linger long into the finish. A fresh and delicate yet complex and sweet style of wine.
